Qualifications

Proven experience building and operating backend services using languages such as Node.js, Express, or Python is essential. Familiarity with AWS services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, RDS/DynamoDB, and S3 is required, along with a solid understanding of designing RESTful and event-driven APIs. Candidates should have strong relational data modeling skills, especially within financial or transactional systems, and experience with concurrency, locking, idempotency, and distributed consistency. Additional desirable qualifications include experience with message queues, background workers, workflow orchestration, and integrating AI/ML decisioning services into backend platforms. Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices is also preferred. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
