You’ll be joining the Monetization squad, where you’ll play a key role in building our game offerwall provider mediation engine. You will report to Ivan, our Engineering Manager on the Monetization squad. M ain missions (day-to-day): Contribute to developing reliable, maintainable backend code (APIs, scripts, processing), pairing with senior engineers Take part in A/B tests to measure the impact of shipped features Contribute to end-to-end projects, with support on scoping and production release Build skills in code optimization and identifying bottlenecks Tech stack: Mainly Python (Flask) and Postgres — the drive to learn how to design scalable architecture matters more than prior mastery of a specific language.
