What you'll do

• Develop backend exercises based on new feature work and software bug fixes

• Design scenarios around services and APIs that put practical engineering judgment to the test

• Write deterministic checks with clear pass/fail behavior for valid solutions, while rejecting invalid ones

• Assess the quality and correctness of submitted solutions through code review, testing, debugging and performance analysis
