■Responsibilities

With the launch of new business initiatives, this role involves architecture design, collaborating closely with clients to support business growth, optimizing costs, and building systems that establish operational processes. Beyond leading projects and hands-on execution, we are seeking individuals who will actively contribute to organizational management, including mentoring junior members and leading teams.

【Specifically】

- System development, cost optimization, and establishment of operational processes when launching new businesses.

- Building API infrastructure that combines Go and serverless architecture.

- Designing an ecosystem that supports various platforms, such as mobile apps and web services.

- Building a data lake and DMP for the integrated management of user behavior data, membership data, contract data, and other core business data.

- Developing a data processing system that connects various platforms using Python and AWS Glue.

- Managing the system layer that links various services and operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

【Project Examples】

- Support for the development, operation, and maintenance of online ticketing services.

- Development and maintenance of consumer-facing apps and digital marketing platforms for manga cafes and karaoke chains.

- Development and maintenance of business systems for ice cream chains and drugstores.

- Building data analytics platforms for hamburger chains and manga cafe chains.

- Enhancement and operation of high-traffic websites and e-commerce sites built using the Jamstack architecture.

- Work Style: Currently operating under a hybrid work model, coming to the office at least 3 days a week. However, when international employees temporarily return to their home countries, long-term remote work for approximately 2 weeks to 1 month is successfully facilitated through advance planning with their teams or project stakeholders.

■ Internal Language

Meetings and documentation are conducted in Japanese. When mentoring or collaborating with overseas engineers, communication is handled in English.

■Required

3+ years of experience in one of the following areas:

・Experience in design, development, or maintenance

・Development experience using PHP, Java, Python, or Go

・Development experience using the following frameworks:

- PHP frameworks: Laravel, Lumen

- Go frameworks: echo

■Language Skills

Business-level Japanese proficiency

■Preferred

Experience building automated testing, deployment workflows, and maintenance and operations processes for ongoing system development.

- Experience building a data lake on AWS.

- Experience developing with AWS Lake Formation and Glue.

・Experience as a project leader or supporting a project leader (regardless of project scale).

- Experience developing with the Serverless Framework, or experience designing and building serverless APIs.
