Requirements
Extensive Experience: 7+ years of experience in back-end development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable systems.
Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in ExpressJS, NodeJS, Postgres and modern web technologies.
System Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Coaching Skills: Nurturing with a passion for mentoring engineers, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing back-end services for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security practices in software development, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Fluent in English: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
