About the role We are looking for talented Senior Backend Software Engineers based in India to join our growing international team. This role requires working US business hours and candidates will be employed through one.com India, an entity of group.one . Compensation will be based on experience, technical expertise, and alignment with the Indian market. Key Responsibilities Your primary focus for this position will be to implement, improve, extend, and maintain the applications that our entity provides. You’ll play a contributing role in the entire development process. This position will report to the AppDev manager. Some specific tasks include Review and implement technical product requirements Solve and track problems through to resolution Software development Support team members and team lead to guarantee excellent working products Targeted qualifications 5+ years of back-end software development experience Fluency using AI/LLM tools throughout all stages of the SDLC Work well with leaders, support folks, ops folks, and developers Excellent written and verbal English skills Collaborative approach to problem solving Experience with a client-server architecture using a scripting language, such as: Python, Ruby, go, Rest.
