Balancing Coordinator

Job Description The Balancing Coordinator will complete administrative and order management responsibilities related to the Victaulic HVAC hydronic/balancing solutions. This will be accomplished by working closely with the direct outside sales team and sales management. Job responsibilities: Act as liaison between sales and internal customer care providing professional and proper responses to all Balancing and order related inquiries. Serve as subject matter expert for Balancing quotes and order entry process. Prepare and issue standard and special product quotations, including priced on application quotes, conforming to pricing guidelines. Using koil kit configurator and kk tool quoting. Perform all quote/order related tasks and service-related activities ensuring accurate, timely and effective handling of customer requirements including maintenance of orders as required. Coordination of project delivery requirements utilizing project management and basic expediting skills through product substitution or escalation to Customer Satisfaction. Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes) Bachelor's Degree a plus. Possess proficient skills with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, Access, & Project. Experience and understanding of Visual Basic language a plus. Demonstrated technical aptitude Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills - written and oral. Ability to be patient, professional and courteous. Project management skills a plus. Must be goal oriented, reliable, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively. Willing to be flexible in schedule and work occasional overtime. On Target Earnings The on target earnings for this position are typically between $50,000 and $55,000+ annually.
