Company Description At Flowsparks, we believe knowledge is one of an organization's most valuable assets, and that great training should be easy to create, not a burden. Our e-learning platform helps companies build, translate and deliver engaging digital learning content in a fraction of the usual time.
We take on the problems that hold corporate learning back: tight timelines, uninspiring content, expensive translations, painful updates and complex user management. From employee onboarding and software training to upskilling and compliance, organizations rely on Flowsparks to capture internal know-how and turn it into learning that people actually complete.
We work as a partner to our customers, not just a vendor, and we're growing across The Nordics, US, Belgium, the Netherlands and other parts of Europe. If you want to help companies make learning faster, smarter and more impactful, we'd love to meet you.
Role Description The BDR Team Leader is a full-time hybrid role based in Ghent, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for leading and coaching a team of talented high potentials and Business Development Representatives to achieve pipeline, revenue, and activity targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting team goals, monitoring performance metrics, guiding outreach strategies, and ensuring consistent execution of prospecting campaigns across channels such as email, phone, and social media. The BDR Team Leader collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine ideal customer profiles, optimize lead qualification criteria, and improve handoff processes. The role also includes recruiting and onboarding new team members, delivering regular training and coaching, and continuously iterating on playbooks and messaging to support high-quality conversations with prospective clients in the e-learning and corporate training space.
Qualifications

- Strong sales and prospecting skills, such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and lead qualification within a B2B environment.

- Background in or strong interest in e-learning, SaaS, or corporate training solutions, with the ability to quickly understand client challenges and value propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to develop and implement structured processes, playbooks, and KPIs, and to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Ghent, collaborating both in-office and remotely, and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
