Behavioral Health Care Planner Analyst (Remote - U.S.) Work from anywhere in the U.S.! Join a collaborative behavioral health team dedicated to improving member outcomes and connecting individuals with the care and resources they need. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM – your time zone. No nights, weekends, or holidays – Based on business needs. What You'll Do Support behavioral health care management operations and member engagement initiatives. Review and assign new case management referrals. Verify member eligibility and insurance coverage. Conduct member outreach and educate members on available programs and resources. Assist with provider searches, including validating network participation and appointment availability. Coordinate internal and external resources to help resolve claims, benefits, and service-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Partner with clinical teams on special projects, audits, and process improvement efforts. What We're Looking For Required: 2+ years of behavioral health experience Customer service experience Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems Preferred: Managed care experience Psychology or social services background Bilingual skills Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Why Join Us? Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $36.78 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
