In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our union and association members through the process of selecting the right benefits program for their families specific situation through a needs analysis and completing any necessary paperwork. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping families. This is a 100% remote work from home opportunity.
