Are you an experienced Benefits professional looking to join a dynamic, multinational organisation? We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to support and administer employee benefits programmes across UK and Ireland, while collaborating closely with a wider European Benefits Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in a global or multinational environment, where they have been responsible for analysing, administering, and improving employee benefit programmes. About the Role Reporting to the Europe Benefits Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits programmes covering health, retirement, risk, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives. You will ensure a first-class employee experience while maintaining compliance, data accuracy, and strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and administration of UK & Ireland benefits programmes. Assist with benefits renewals, harmonisation projects, governance reviews, and system improvements. Manage employee lifecycle benefit activities, including joiners, leavers, and life event changes. Act as the main point of contact for employee benefits queries, providing clear and timely support. Partner with benefit providers to resolve issues, manage claims, monitor service levels, and reconcile invoices. Produce and analyse benefits data, reports, and trends to support decision-making and programme enhancements. Ensure accurate maintenance of benefits information across HRIS, payroll, and administration systems. Support annual enrolment activities, employee communications, and wellbeing initiatives. Lead and coordinate sickness absence and death in service processes with professionalism, sensitivity, and compliance. About You Previous benefits administration experience within a multinational organisation. Demonstrated experience analysing, managing, and improving employee benefits programmes. Strong understanding of benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management. Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach. Advanced IT skills with experience using HRIS, benefits administration systems, and reporting tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
