Bettembourg Business Continuity & Crisis Management Expert (mfn)

Department: Grid Operations| Location: Bettembourg & Merl| Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N° 20177 Your tasks You support the Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management in developing, implementing and continuously improving the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and crisis management framework You coordinate business impact analyses and risk assessments with the relevant departments to identify threats to critical business services You develop business continuity and crisis management plans together with stakeholders and ensure their consistency across departments and sites You monitor the implementation of resilience measures and action plans, ensuring appropriate technical, organizational and security controls are in place You organize regular crisis simulations, business continuity exercises and alert procedure tests to validate the effectiveness of the plans You maintain and regularly update business continuity and crisis management documentation to ensure compliance and operational readiness You raise awareness and train employees on business continuity and crisis management principles, processes and best practices You act as the functional backup for the Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management and coordinate external consultancy services when required Your profile You hold a master’s degree in management or in any related field You have minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position You are result-oriented and have an analytical mindset You are an expert in risk management You have excellent communication skills You have effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
