You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced, data-rich environment, supporting the optimisation of marketing spend, funnel performance, and conversion outcomes across multiple channels.

This role goes beyond reporting, it focuses on identifying what is driving performance, what is underperforming, and where marketing efficiency can be improved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track marketing, acquisition, and commercial performance
  • Analyse end-to-end funnel performance (lead generation, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI)
  • Identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and spend effectiveness
  • Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable outcomes for marketing and business stakeholders
  • Support campaign and channel performance analysis across multiple markets and acquisition streams
  • Write and optimise SQL queries (Snowflake environment) to extract, transform, and validate data
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting across all dashboards and datasets
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into structured analysis

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a BI, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel (Snowflake experience beneficial)
  • Experience working with large datasets in a high-volume, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move from data, insight, commercial recommendation
  • Comfortable working with marketing or commercial performance data (e.g. funnels, conversion, acquisition metrics), beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a clear, business-focused way
  • Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means delivering insights and reporting that directly improve marketing efficiency, optimise customer acquisition performance, and support better commercial decision-making across the business.

Why Join Verisure?

  • Be part of the world’s #1 professionally monitored security company
  • Protecting over 6.2 million customers globally across 14+ countries
  • High-impact role with direct influence on marketing performance and commercial outcomes
  • Fast-paced, data-rich, international environment with strong growth ambition
  • Close collaboration with senior stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and operations
  • Opportunity to shape how data is used to drive acquisition efficiency and business performance
