BI Engineer

Our Business Intelligence Engineering team combines analytics, business understanding, and AI-powered technologies to transform data into actionable insights that drive real impact.

You'll work on innovative projects across industries and collaborate with experts in analytics, data engineering, AI, and business consulting. Together, we help clients move beyond reporting and turn data into meaningful decisions.

As a Business Engineer, you bridge the gap between data and decision-making. You help clients uncover meaningful insights, translate them into compelling stories, and deliver modern analytics solutions using technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.

What will you do?

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and decision-intelligence solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, impactful business recommendations.
• Create engaging data stories tailored to different audiences and stakeholders.
• Design semantic models and reusable data products that support business reporting and analytics.
• Leverage GenBI capabilities to enhance analytics, reporting, and storytelling.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI specialists, and Solution Architects.
• Contribute to the growth of our Insights & Decision Intelligence capability through innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

What do you bring?

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience translating complex analyses into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Good understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with Python, Spark, or other analytics tools is an asset.
• Interest in AI-powered analytics, and GenBI-assisted reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English.
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping organizations turn data into meaningful business outcomes.
