POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager to join our dynamic professional services team. In this role, you will take charge of managing and delivering Rove’s BI solutions for our clients, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. You will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning to execution and delivery. Working closely with client teams, data engineers, analysts, and solution consultants, you will ensure that our BI solutions meet clients’ business needs and help them unlock the full potential of their data. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead end-to-end project management for BI implementations, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to project delivery and post-launch support. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively and milestones are met. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project progress, challenges, and outcomes. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Work closely with internal teams, including solution architects, data engineers, analysts, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. • Identify potential project risks and challenges, proactively developing mitigation plans to ensure project success. • Track project financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and scope, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. • Monitor project expenses, timesheets, and billing to ensure alignment with contractual agreements and client budgets. • Proactively leads resource capacity planning by forecasting team needs, balancing workloads, and aligning available resources to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery. • Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices, processes, and methodologies for managing BI projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS • A bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years’ experience leading complex Business Intelligence (BI) solutions implementations, ideally within a professional services firm or BI SaaS company. • 3+ years’ experience implementing and managing Jira environments.
