Show job description

Data centres are among the most exciting building projects of our time. They are the backbone of the digital world and demand the highest standards in architecture, functionality and sustainability.

While data centres are a growing part of our portfolio, we keep focusing on a wide range of significant commercial, retail, healthcare, hotel and hospitality related projects.

This is how you’ll make an impact

  • You coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, pre-qualification questionnaires and other bid submissions across both public and private sector opportunities.
  • You review RFP and tender documentation to identify submission requirements, deliverables, deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • A strong bid draws on many people’s expertise. Working closely with subject matter experts, consultants and colleagues across the business, you coordinate inputs, track actions and keep everyone moving towards the deadline.
  • You liaise with external subconsultants and project partners, issuing bid requirements and tracking deliverables to ensure information comes in on time and in the right format.
  • Presentation matters as much as content. You prepare, format and compile bid documentation to a high standard, applying company brand guidelines and producing professionally presented qualification documents, technical proposals and presentations.
  • Nothing goes out the door until it’s right. You take ownership of document control, version management, proofreading and quality checks, and coordinate final bid production so submissions are complete, accurate and delivered on time.
  • You support the ongoing development of bid templates, processes and resources.

This is what sets you apart

  • You bring previous experience in bid coordination or bid support, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction or the wider built environment, along with a relevant third-level degree or equivalent qualification. Experience of both public and private sector tender processes is a strong advantage.
  • You’re highly organised, able to manage multiple competing priorities at once, with an excellent eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy and document quality.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and in person, and enjoy working with subject matter experts and colleagues across different disciplines and departments to bring a bid together.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and experienced in Adobe InDesign, comfortable producing polished, professionally presented documents.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with German language skills considered an advantage, you bring a proactive, collaborative approach — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team.
