Role Description The Bid Manager role at HEINRICH LIMITED is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Bid Manager will oversee end-to-end bid and proposal activities, including planning, coordinating inputs from technical, sales, and finance teams, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids. Responsibilities include managing bid timelines, structuring proposals to meet client requirements, and maintaining compliant and competitive bid documentation. The role involves analyzing tender documents, identifying key win themes, and aligning technical and commercial content with HEINRICH’s solution portfolio. The Bid Manager will also maintain bid process standards, track bid performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of bidding strategies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in bid preparation and bid writing, with a track record of producing clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal documents.
- Experience in bid management and proposal management, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple bids simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of structured bid processes, including qualification, planning, review, and submission stages.
- Familiarity with technical or infrastructure solutions, preferably in audio, communication, safety, or integrated systems domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze tender requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies within tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, communications, or a related field; experience with public sector or large corporate tenders is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
