Responsibilities: Work with insurance providers to connect clients with new financial associates. Communicate between clients, agents, and insurance providers to transfer enforce policies. Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with processing client applications. Review client transfer forms to ensure completion and required agent codes are included. Maintain and update department process manual. Perform other duties pertaining to the Client Services department requested by your immediate manager. Qualifications: Prior experience in office administration is required. Professional proficiency in French and English is required. Background in an IMO or insurance sector is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across all channels. Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building rapport while explaining complex information. Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments. Technically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, maintaining a positive and proactive approach. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates accountability, ownership of responsibilities, and openness to feedback. Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.
