Bilingual CX Specialist (English & Spanish)

We’re looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish) to join our team at Too Good To Go. This is a part-time, fully remote role (within Texas), with core working days of Sunday-Tuesday. The Role: You are the main point of contact for Too Good To Go users, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email and chat. Handle priority situations with a high level of care and work closely with the wider CX team to resolve user issues Act as a brand ambassador in all your communications with our users Understand and communicate our users' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally Utilize the knowledge base and wider CX communication channels to ensure accurate responses We are looking for: Some experience in a Customer Service-related role Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to increase hours per the business needs A first-class and inspiring communicator Someone who enjoys working with targets, KPIs, and takes pride in their performance A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts with our users Detail-oriented individuals who are able to stay focused through repetitive tasks. Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP is a nice-to-have. Hourly range is $16/hour. The core regular days for this role are Sunday - Tuesday with two operating shifts: 9am - 1/2pm & 1- 4/5pm.
