Bilingual Interpreter

DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a professional and experienced Bilingual Medical Interpreter to join our team. The Bilingual Medical Interpreter will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers in medical settings. Responsibilities Provide verbal interpretation services to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers Accurately and effectively interpret medical conversations, including patient history, diagnosis, treatment options, and instructions Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards Stay up to date on medical terminology and procedures Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different dialects and accents Strong listening and comprehension skills Highly professional and empathetic demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Equipment Requirements for the Position: Computer : Intel Core i5 processor (8th generation or higher) or Ryzen 5 (series 3000+), minimum 4 cores/8 threads, 8–16 GB RAM, and a 256 GB SSD or larger. Connectivity: Use of an Ethernet cable is mandatory. VPN use is not allowed, and work must be performed only from the approved location. Audio: Wired headset with a boom microphone , unidirectional and with noise cancellation. Wireless devices, earbuds, and speakers are not allowed. Camera: 1080p resolution, 30–60 fps, and autofocus (built-in or external equivalent, such as Logitech C920). Restrictions: Storing company information, making recordings, screenshots, or using built-in translation features is strictly prohibited.
