業務内容
AIプロダクト開発
- AIを活用したプロダクトおよびサービスの設計・開発
- 生成AI・LLMを活用した新機能の企画・実装

必須要件
経験
- ソフトウェアエンジニアとして5年以上の実務経験
- WebサービスまたはSaaSプロダクトの開発経験
- 技術リード、テックリード、シニアエンジニアとしての経験
- プロダクト開発を主体的に推進した経験
技術スキル
- Python、TypeScript、Java、Goなどを用いた開発経験
- クラウド環境（AWS、Azure、GCPいずれか）の経験
- API設計・開発経験
- RDBやNoSQLなどのデータベース設計経験

About the Role

Responsibilities
AI Product Development
- Design and develop AI-powered products and services
- Build and deploy applications utilizing LLMs and Generative AI technologies
- Develop scalable backend systems and APIs
- Design and maintain data infrastructure and processing pipelines
- Drive innovation through the practical application of emerging AI technologies
Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture design and technical decision-making
- Establish engineering standards and best practices
- Review code and ensure software quality
- Improve development processes and team efficiency
- Support future hiring and engineering team growth
Business Collaboration
- Work closely with founders on product and business strategy
- Translate customer challenges into technical solutions
- Participate in discussions with enterprise clients and partners
- Support strategic partnerships from a technical perspective
- Contribute to company growth beyond engineering responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and shipping web applications or SaaS products
- Experience operating as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or equivalent role
- Proven track record of independently driving product development
Technical Skills
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong API design and backend development skills
- Experience designing and managing databases
- System architecture and scalable software design experience
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies
Language Skills
- Business-level Japanese or above (Native-level preferred)
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing LLM or Generative AI applications
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
- Experience building RAG or AI Agent-based solutions
