Bilingual Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineein Colombia - ENglish Fluent B2/C1

📍 Location: Colombia – Remote

📄 Contract: Indefinite-term

💰 Salary: COP $2.9M – $3.6M

🕘 Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Manual QA testing.
• Experience testing web and back-end systems.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle and test design.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Bruno.
• SQL knowledge for data integrity validation.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr or QMetry.
• Strong exploratory, regression, smoke and usability testing skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor in QA workflows.
• Exposure to Prompt Engineering.

Nice to have: Agile/Scrum, automation frameworks, performance and security testing knowledge.
