Bilingual Network Security Engineer (N2)

A world’s leading general Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented & bilingual Network Security Engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop network security solutions in alignment with global standards. Document and present these solutions for global review.

- Collaborate with thirdparty vendors to manage solution delivery.

- Provide technical escalation support for critical network security incidents, operational services, and project deliveries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and thirdparty vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality network and security services.

- Foster effective collaboration across teams and other IS departments to advance initiatives with IT partners and end users.

- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders, project sponsors, and vendors.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of network and network security engineering experience with certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, PCNSE (or NGFW Engineer), SSE Engineer, or equivalent qualifications.

- Strong handson experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, including deployment, configuration, policy management, NAT, VPN, High Availability (HA), troubleshooting, and upgrades.

- Extensive experience managing Prisma SASE / Prisma Access, including policy administration, secure web gateway (SWG), remote user connectivity, and troubleshooting.

- Proven experience supporting and administering GlobalProtect remote access solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies, including policy creation, application protection, attack mitigation, and operational support.

Location: Tokyo

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Working Style: Mostly work from office (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
