We are seeking an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Treatment Coordinator to support a high-volume Orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of specialized orthodontic experience with a proven track record of converting leads into scheduled consultations, leveraging CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, and confidently explaining treatment plans and insurance benefits in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to inbound inquiries and manage high-volume outbound follow-ups via phone, text, and email to convert leads into scheduled new-patient consultations.

Bilingual Patient Consultations: Confidently explain orthodontic treatment options, insurance benefits, co-pays, and flexible payment/financing plans in both English and Spanish.

CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean, up-to-date patient records and lead stages within our CRM to track communication history and ensure no follow-up slips through the cracks.

Sales & Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion targets and present measurable sales performance metrics.

Administrative Coordination: Support scheduling, patient onboarding, and administrative tasks while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and practice standards in a remote work environment.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. (Note: General dental experience alone will not be considered).

Language Skills: Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with the ability to discuss complex clinical and financial terms accurately.

Sales Drive: Proven track record of high lead-to-consultation conversion rates and comfort discussing past sales performance.

Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience using CRM software for pipeline and lead management.

Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of orthodontic insurance verification, third-party patient financing, and payment structures.

Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, outgoing, and articulate with an enthusiastic phone presence suited for an independent, remote environment.

Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM MON - FRI PST.
