Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist (Remote, Full-Time) — Huntington Learning Center

Location: Remote — must be available during US Eastern Time business hours. Mon-Fri 11am-7pm

About the Role:

Huntington Learning Center is seeking a full-time, English-fluent Outbound Enrollment Specialist to re-engage former families and support our growing enrollment team. This is a phone-based, relationship-driven role — you'll be making warm calls to families who already know Huntington Learning Center, not cold outreach to strangers, with room to grow into handling inbound leads as you get comfortable with our services.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to former HLC families to re-introduce our programs and identify re-enrollment opportunities
• Send timely follow-up texts and emails to families after calls, using our templates and a dedicated company email/phone system (provided — no need to use your personal number or inbox)
• Log every call and outcome accurately in our CRM (Airtable)
• Follow a structured talk track while adapting naturally to each conversation
• Assist with light admin work, including helping migrate former-family contact records into our CRM
• As you build comfort with our services, take on inbound leads from Facebook/Instagram ads and our website

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent spoken English — clear, easily understood by US callers, confident and natural on the phone
• Strong written English for CRM notes and follow-up messages
• A warm, positive, resilient personality — comfortable with rejection and persistence on outbound calls
• Prior experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or customer service (call center, BPO, or similar strongly preferred)
• Comfortable learning new software/CRM tools; basic data entry skills
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a backup plan for outages
• Own reliable phone/device (calls are made through our provided Vonage app, so your personal number and minutes aren't used)

Compensation & Details:

• Full-time, independent contractor position
• $800 base pay, ($400 twice monthly), plus an uncapped bonus for every former family who books and shows up to a free evaluation
• 30-day trial period to start
