As the Bilingual Social Worker / Therapist on our team, you'll play a key role in supporting youth and family by providing clinical guidance and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well rounded care at every step of the way. You will work on case planning, utilize your curiosity to identify the needs of youth and families, and offer insight on casework. You will be responsible for completing intake assessment, treatment plans, and incident reports in a timely manner. This Kaiser Wraparound program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization). Team members work with children and families providing services for the case load of 8 -10 clients almost exclusively in the community: in families’ homes, schools, other community locations within San Mateo County.

Responsibilities:
- Promptly meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to further treatment goals utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for the purpose of care planning and support.
- Collaborate with agency staff, caregivers, other professionals and interested parties to formulate and implement individual client care plans, behavioral programs, and interventions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers, as needed.
- Complete assessment and evaluation process of clients in order to develop and implement the care plan.
- Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate.
- Chart mental health notes, care plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain availability for crisis intervention services, such as on-call rotation, if applicable.
- Comply with all child abuse reporting and Medicaid/Medi-Cal requirements in accordance with standards set by Seneca.
- Commit to and engage in self-evaluation as well as organizational goals, strategies, and systemic practices regarding diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques as per Seneca's EQ-4 model training.
Qualifications:
Required
- Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling.

Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed
- Bilingual Spanish
- At least 21 years of age.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm OR
- Tuesday - Friday 8am - 6:30pm
- Hybrid, provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely
- Participate in local on-call pool

- Starting at $96,789 - $110,789 per year, commensurate rate with experience
- Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
