Introduction

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Delivery & Services team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of customer projects by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communications. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations while contributing to successful business outcomes. You will report to the Project Management Manager.

This role is based in Montreal, QC, with hybrid working options available. This role includes regular travel to customer sites to support project execution. Long-duration projects may require extended stays on-site for up to 3-4 consecutive weeks, with work schedules that can include up to 14-hour days and 7-day work weeks depending on customer project requirements.

Team you will belong to

You will join a team of project management and project delivery professionals focused on executing complex customer projects across the mining, aggregates, and metals industries. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in alignment with customer expectations.

We collaborate closely with customers, service teams, engineering, procurement, operations, and external vendors. Our team is based across North America, and our ways of working emphasize collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to safety.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion.
  • Support Project Managers in planning schedules, resources, budgets, and project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs.
  • Coordinate communications between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist with site mobilization activities and support project execution at customer locations.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and scheduling conflicts and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards throughout project delivery.

What you'll bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating projects in industrial, manufacturing, construction, mining, or related environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites, including extended project assignments.
  • Previous exposure to mining, aggregates, metals, or heavy industrial projects (nice to have).
  • Project Management certification or related training (nice to have).
