Billing & Cash Applications Team Lead (NORAM)
Scope: Full Time | Location: Mexico City | Hybrid Model
  • Are you a hands-on leader with expertise in Billing, Cash Applications, and Order-to-Cash operations supporting the NORAM region?
  • Do you enjoy developing teams while driving process excellence across a fast-paced finance environment?
As the Billing & Cash Applications Team Lead, you will lead a team of professionals supporting critical Order-to-Cash processes across the NORAM region. You will combine people leadership with operational expertise, ensuring accurate billing, cash application activities, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
This role works closely with Finance, Collections, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and business leaders to deliver an exceptional customer and business experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Billing and Cash Applications professionals based in Mexico.
  • Oversee billing, cash application, credit/rebill, and related Order-to-Cash activities.
  • Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

What we need to see from you

  • Proven experience leading teams within Billing, Cash Applications, and Order-to-Cash NORAM operations.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, credit/rebill processes, and month-end support activities.
  • Experience supporting the NORAM region is a must.
  • Advanced-Bilingual English required.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Navision, Dynamics, ServiceNow, or similar ERP/business systems is required.
