• Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, personalized, and solution-focused support.
• Manage the billing inbox and phone line, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within department guidelines and service standards.
• Take ownership of each inquiry from start to resolution, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
• Maintain current knowledge of billing processes, policies, and system updates to support accurate and efficient service delivery.
• Identify and report recurring issues or trends, recommending process improvements and providing backup support to the Billing Specialist as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience as a Billing Specialist
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work overtime and flex schedule as needed

Pay Range

USD $21.63 - USD $26.44 /Hr.
