BIM Coordinator

Blackfield Associates are sourcing for a BIM Coordinator to support a large life sciences project based in Atlanta.

This is an initial remote role with site presence needed as the project progresses.

Main tasks include

- Coordinate activities and workflows to ensure all disciplines work together effectively.

- Make sure BIM models from different Task Teams are correctly aligned and integrated.

- Set up and maintain the modelling environment in line with the Task Information Manager’s requirements.

- Manage clash detection, help prevent clashes, and coordinate the resolution of design issues.

- Support clear communication and collaboration between all project Task Teams.

This is a great opportunity to support a major CAPEX project throughout the full project life cycle.
