About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support digital modelling and coordination activities across infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity for a technically skilled professional with a background in BIM, construction or civil engineering to contribute to the development and coordination of accurate digital models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models using relevant modelling software.
• Interpret technical drawings, existing plans and project documentation to create accurate digital representations.
• Support BIM coordination and model quality assurance throughout project delivery.
• Identify and help resolve model discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Collaborate with project teams and other technical stakeholders to ensure consistent model quality.
• Contribute to the effective implementation of digital modelling processes.

Requirements

• Experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Background in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• German language proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Good command of English.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
