KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understands ISO 19650 requirements (EIR & Appendices) and deliverables (BEP & Appendices).
• Understands and works with ACC Design modules.
• Liaises with Digital Implementation Manager and other stakeholders for all BIM related issues.
• Monitors BIM models for coordination and information integrity to ensure compliance with project deliverables and adopted BIM standards.
• Enforces Clash resolution process.
• Performs Visual inspections + Clash detection and produces reports.
• Chairs project coordination meetings.

OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recommend and implement enhancements to project BIM workflows, clash detection procedures, and ACC processes to improve efficiency and reduce rework.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for contractors on Navisworks, ACC tools, and BIM authoring software.
• Explore and suggest adoption of new digital tools, plugins, or automation scripts to enhance project delivery and model quality.
• Conduct periodic audits of models and digital deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.
• Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless digital integration across disciplines.

JOB-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents. Ability to effectively respond to inquiries from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management. High level of design, construction and operations skills in all related disciplines. Detailed understanding of the design and construction development process and project management concepts. Experience teaching, tutoring, and training professionals in industry processes and technologies.
• Fully conversant in BIM methods, standards and procedures and have a proven track record in the understanding of EIRs, contributing to BEPs and setting up delivery processes and workflows to meet the clients BIM requirements.
• Knowledge of various international BIM standards, including but not restricted to ISO19650, openBIM, COBie and related standards and protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to monitor project and digital performance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced proficiency in a range of 3D computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D and various Revit add-ins such as Dynamo, Autodesk Interoperability Tools and DiRoots.
• Proven experience with BIM coordination, digital design and construction and ACC application.
• Proven experience with ACC in live projects.
• Exposure to large-scale and multi-disciplinary projects including buildings, landscape and infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Commitment to ongoing advanced training in BIM software, processes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Membership of international construction institutes (RICS, CIOB, CIAT, or equivalent).
• Membership of the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent.
• Autodesk Certified Professional.
• ISO 19650 — BSI Project and Asset Information Practitioner / Professional or equivalent.
