Role Description This is a full-time hybrid BIM Modeler role based in Belāpur, with some flexibility for work from home. The BIM Modeler will create, develop, and maintain detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP components using Building Information Modeling tools. Daily responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with engineering and architectural teams, and updating models to reflect design changes and site conditions. The role involves preparing clash detection reports, assisting in drawing production, and ensuring that models meet project standards and deliverable requirements. The BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with project managers and designers to support accurate documentation and effective project coordination.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler workflows for design and coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to interpret and translate design intent into accurate models.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling for integrated multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools).
• Understanding of structural and architectural design principles and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field; prior BIM modeling experience is highly beneficial.
