BIM Modeler (Electrical) – Remote

At BIMMEX, we are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (Electrical) to join our team and support international projects focused on Electrical systems.

This role involves high-quality BIM modeling, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration for U.S.-based construction projects.

We are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model electrical systems using Revit MEP.
• Create layouts for cable trays, conduits, lighting, and electrical equipment.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Review models and resolve design conflicts.
• Deliver coordinated models that meet project standards and LOD requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience in BIM Electrical Modeling.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience modeling electrical systems at LOD 300+.
• Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
• Understanding of BIM coordination workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with U.S.-based projects.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction standards.
• Experience with ACC / BIM 360.
• Experience with LOD 400 modeling.
