We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly collaborative BIM Modeler / Revit Specialist with a minimum of two years of professional experience to join our growing design and engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality 3D building models and 2D construction documentation using Autodesk Revit. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless clash coordination, accurate quantity takeoffs, and adherence to our internal BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.

YOUR MISSION:

• Revit Modeling & Drafting: Develop accurate, highly-detailed 3D BIM models from conceptual design through construction documents (LOD 200 to LOD 400).
• Project Coordination: Perform clash detection and interference checks using Navisworks or BIM 360/ACC, working actively with cross-disciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, Architectural) to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Family Creation & Management: Create, modify, and maintain parametric Revit families to support project-specific needs and expand the firm's standard library.
• Documentation & Extraction: Generate floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules directly from the Revit model. Extract accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material takeoffs.
• Quality Assurance: Audit active project models regularly to ensure they remain healthy, lightweight, and strictly compliant with company and ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Collaboration: Participate in weekly BIM coordination meetings and assist project leads in troubleshooting software or modeling issues on the fly.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of continuous professional experience using Autodesk Revit in a production environment (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction)..
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
• Experience with cloud collaboration platforms like BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and standard detailing practices.
• Excellent spatial reasoning, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.

NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Enscape/Twinmotion.
