As part of the Binance Accelerator Program, you'll help build internal tools that make developers faster and less blocked. Real work, real ownership, real impact. What You Will Do Build AI-powered tools like coding assistants, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation Develop LLM-powered applications for code generation, code understanding, and test automation Work with engineering teams to identify pain points and ship AI-driven solutions Experiment with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents Explore and adopt emerging AI technologies as they evolve What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field Can code in at least one language — Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript Basic understanding of how LLMs work and have used tools like ChatGPT or Copilot Comfortable with APIs and how systems connect You take initiative — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
