About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates. *Terms of employment / engagement shall be subject to contract and local applicable laws Job Responsibilities: VIP Community Operations & Risk Control — Manage daily operations of Binance in-app VIP communities (EN/CN) and Telegram channel; enforce access control. Content Creation & Campaign Support — Produce daily community content; optimize posting cadence and engagement; provide community support for VIP marketing campaigns. Community Growth & User Acquisition — Propose and execute community growth plans; produce execution reports and summaries. Swag Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination — Handle daily VIP client swag inquiries and swag data maintenance. Requirements: Community or content operations; able to independently plan and execute community activities; Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management — Proven ability to coordinate across teams and drive timely delivery; strong at information sync and execution follow-through. Data & Multilingual Skills — Proficient with CRM/analytics tools to track KPIs; strong written communication in both English and Chinese; able to produce data reports. AI Tool Proficiency & Availability — Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and research; available 5 full working days per week with a minimum 6-month contract.
