We are The Future Animations. Our artists animate one of the fastest-growing story universes on YouTube. The work goes out daily, to millions of people, on channels the audience is genuinely obsessed with.

We are hiring hard because the demand in front of us is bigger than the team that exists.

🎬 Role Description

Full-time, fully remote, anywhere in India.

You'll own animation on complete stories. Not a shot, not a task in someone else's file — the animation of a whole video, start to finish, with a lead who reviews your work.

📅 A typical week

• One morning check-in with your production manager. That's the only standing meeting.
• You animate. Layout, body, expressions, camera.
• Your lead reviews before you start lighting. Notes come back the same day.
• You do the lighting and either render yourself or give us your file and we render for you.
• You work whatever hours suit you. Several of our best artists work at night. We staff leads across time zones so you're never just keep waiting for a review.

🛠️ What we give you so you can actually work

• Render farm access. Your laptop/PC is not the render machine. Renders don't eat your week.
• NO Lip syncing req to be done from your end. we take care of it.
• A render assistance team for anyone on a slower system.
• An asset and environment library — models, rigs, environments, ready to pull. We buy what we don't have.
• Blender add-ons built in-house for texture, file and character optimisation, lighting presets, and cloth, hair and blink passes.
• A named lead who reviews your work and gives you go ahead.
• A 200+ artist Discord where people actually answer.

💰 Compensation and how you grow here:

We pay per finished minute, published openly, in three tiers. Your tier is set by the quality of your work and reviewed every month — not by how long you've been here.

Tier 3 — ₹4,000 per finished minute At 8–10 minutes a month, that's ₹32,000–₹40,000. You get a lead whose job is to push you to Tier 2.

Tier 2 — ₹6,000 per finished minute At 10–12 minutes a month, that's ₹60,000–₹72,000. Your lead keeps working with you toward Tier 1.

Tier 1 — ₹7,000 per finished minute At 10–12 minutes a month, that's ₹70,000–₹84,000. Past 12 minutes you're over ₹1,00,000. Tier 1 is where we look first when a 3D Lead position opens.

Plus a quality bonus on every video that clears our animation guidelines.

Two things worth saying plainly.

None of our leads earns less than ₹1,50,000 a month. Several of them joined as artists within the last few months. We promote on quality and output, and we promote fast, because we are growing faster than we can hire.

Your output is yours. We do not cap what you can earn. An artist producing twenty finished minutes a month earns roughly three times one producing seven. Both are welcome. Only one of them becomes a lead.

Payments are monthly, on invoice, on time. Ask anyone in the community.

✅ Qualifications

You need to be strong in Blender at:

• Layout and scene setup
• Character animation — body mechanics, facial expressions.
• Camera animation
• Asset optimisation, and keeping heavy scenes workable
• lighting and rendering.

And you need to be someone who:

• Can own a full video without being chased
• Takes direction from a lead and turns it around quickly
• Has taste. Sees the difference between animation that's finished and animation that's good.
• lighting and rendering.

We care about your reel. We do not care about your degree, your city, or how many years you've been doing this. Some of our highest earners had no studio experience before joining.
