We are looking for a BCBA to join our team as we expand our services Responsibilities Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; review and update on a regular basis Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients’ homes or community settings Complete documentation and provide necessary information to support insurance requirements Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family’s daily routines providing parent training Maintain positive communication with parents
