What You'll Do
Process payroll accurately for multiple clients.
Perform comprehensive bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage general ledger entries using QuickBooks or Xero.
Prepare financial statements for internal review.
Assist with the compilation of year-end tax documents.
Maintain organized and secure digital financial records.
Generate regular reports on client financial performance.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.
Ensure adherence to established accounting principles.
Communicate financial updates to team members as needed.

Intermediate experience in bookkeeping roles.
Proficiency in payroll processing procedures.
Demonstrated skill in account reconciliation.
