Xact Accounting is a Chartered Accounting firm built for the construction sector.
We're looking for a bookkeeper based in South Africa, with Australian bookkeeping experience, to join our growing team.
The role covers:
- Bank reconciliations, transaction coding and manual journals.
- Accounts payable, including supplier reconciliations and batch payments.
- Payroll processing, superannuation and Single Touch Payroll.
- BAS, IAS and TPAR preparation.
- Regular financial reporting and client communication.
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or tax.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll Certification.
- Experience working with Xero, including BAS, IAS and TPAR preparation.
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, as you'll work directly with clients.
