We are expanding our core accounting team and looking for a sharp, proactive Real Estate Bookkeeper in Latin America who loves clean ledgers, modern software, and making an impact every day!

What You’ll Do
As our Real Estate Bookkeeper, you’ll be the engine powering our daily property accounting operations:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices with precision via Bill.com and AppFolio, ensuring proper property tagging and weekly payment runs.
Drive Accounts Receivable (AR): Post tenant rents, utility charges, and incoming payments to tenant ledgers quickly and accurately.
Master Bank Reconciliations: Perform routine, audit-ready bank reconciliations across operating and trust accounts.
Maintain System Hygiene: Keep digital archives, GL accounts, and vendor records clean, organized, and up to date.
Partner with Accounting Leads: Support our Senior Accountant during month-end closes by pulling reports and verifying balance details.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in US Commercial Real Estate or Property Management.
Tech Stack Fluency: Direct experience with QuickBooks Online, and Bill.com. AppFolio is a huge plus!
Fluent English (C1): Great written and spoken English skills to collaborate seamlessly with US property managers and vendors.
Attention to Detail: You love organization, spot GL discrepancies effortlessly, and take pride in accuracy.
CST Alignment: Ready to work full-time during US Central Time.
