Bookkeeper (Remote)

We are looking for an external Bookkeeper to maintain our client’s financial records, including bank transactions, VAT and UK payroll. On a typical day as a Bookkeeper, you will: General bookkeeping for our external accounting clients including bank reconciliations Quarterly VAT preparation and filing Monthly PAYE preparation and filing Workplace pension preparation and filing Xero and QuickBooks experience is required along with exposure to other online accounting packages Ongoing support and guidance to clients Talk to clients and work with individuals within their business Desired profile At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience Client management skills Excellent English communication skills with both clients and co-workers Ability to prioritize a busy workload and meet challenging deadlines A thorough, methodical approach Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Good IT skills, particularly in the use of online accounting software Hands-on experience with UK payroll, including PAYE processing The ability to work as part of a team Perks Time off Flexible working hours Fun and rewarding environment with skill and career progression Birthday gifts :) Growing at F6S F6S empowers each team member to reach their potential with ongoing training, increased responsibility, and opportunities for promotion into new or existing F6S teams.
