Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded individual, Order-to-Cash (O2C) to lead the evolution of our end-to-end O2C function as we continue to grow. This role is responsible for developing and executing the Order-to-Cash strategy, ensuring scalable processes, exceptional customer experience, strong financial controls, and operational excellence across the business. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations, and deliver an O2C organisation that supports sustainable business growth while improving cash flow and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the Order-to-Cash strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Growth & Transformation Design scalable processes that enable business growth without proportional increases in cost. Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP, CRM, AI, and workflow technologies. Identify opportunities to simplify processes while improving customer experience and reducing cycle times. Support acquisitions, integrations, and international expansion where applicable. Leadership & Talent Development Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing global O2C organisation. Create a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service. Coach and mentor future leaders within the function. Lead through change while maintaining employee engagement. Skills & Experience Essential Significant leadership experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Shared Services, or Finance Operations. Proven success leading O2C transformation within a growing organisation. Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and financial controls. Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer experience and financial performance. Experience implementing ERP and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
