Branch Operations Analyst – Bank Guarantees / Avales (f/m/x)

Job Description: Join our Branch Operations team in Madrid to manage the end‑to‑end Bank Guarantees (Avales) lifecycle — issuance, amendments, commissions, cancellation, documentation — helping us to keep operations efficient and compliant. Responsibilities Process and reconcile guarantee‑related commissions, ensuring timely booking and controls. Serve internal stakeholders with guarantee‑related queries and operational support. Maintain data quality and contribute to continuous improvement of operating procedures. Skills Accounting knowledge required. Applied to guarantees/commissions booking is a plus. Experience (1 year) in financial institutions performing accounting tasks. Experience in bank guarantees or trade finance departments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Advanced Excel user. Advanced English communication skills (essential). Familiarity with Access / IA / programming tools is a plus.
