We are building a private, invite-only members club focused on bringing together ambitious, interesting people through curated introductions and well-designed social experiences. We are looking for someone who can build and represent this community—not just manage it.

While our company is based in Houston, TX, this role will be based in Warsaw and is fully remote.

The Role

You’re the kind of person who knows everyone, brings people together effortlessly, and loves being at the center of a great social circle.

You will be responsible for developing a curated network of members, hosting events, and creating an experience that people genuinely value and want to be part of. This is a highly social, people-facing role with a strong emphasis on fostering connections.

What You’ll Do

• Build and develop a curated network of members
• Identify and onboard high-quality individuals through your network and outreach
• Host small, well-designed social events (10–30 guests)
• Create a welcoming, discreet, and premium experience for members
• Act as the main point of contact for the community
• Help define the tone, standards, and culture of the community
• Collaborate on positioning, messaging, and overall brand presence
