Purpose and Scope Supports the Brand Lead in ensuring the implementation of the global brand strategy (core value component) within the local Marketing Plan (value-added component). Assists the Brand Lead in developing and maintaining a strong network of relationships with key stakeholders. Supports the Brand Lead in executing the omnichannel strategy for healthcare professionals and women. Provides support to the Content Manager in the localization process of global materials (both branded and unbranded). Communicates key messages and materials to the Sales Force. Finally, is responsible for organizing sales force events and managing the department’s administrative processes. Role and Responsibilities Supports the development and implementation of the Marketing Plan. Supports the commercial team in monitoring and executing the trade marketing strategy. Supports sales teams by providing product guidance and expertise. Understands and is able to explain the clinical and commercial data that underpin the product strategy.Maintains market knowledge to anticipate and assess the impact of marketing plans and tactics. Supports the Brand Lead in estimating sales potential, aligning with Sales and forecasting activities. Assists in developing the continuing medical education (CME) strategy in collaboration with the Brand Lead and Medical Affairs across key channels, including face-to-face, digital, webinars, and others. Responsible for organizing sales force events and meetings, including logistics, purchase orders, speaker contracts, HCP onboarding, Veeva ID management, event presentations and materials, and coordination with agencies and/or vendors. Maintains ongoing communication with the Event Manager.Supports the events team in ensuring the successful execution of planned brand events, including symposiums, congresses, and advisory boards. Develops, coordinates, and manages sales meetings, events, promotional materials, and marketing activities in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements. Ensures adherence to all AFM policies and procedures, as well as the Code of Ethical Practices. Supports the Content Manager in the localization of disease awareness and disease state education campaign materials (both branded and unbranded). Manages key platforms, including Content Factory, Veeva, and PromoMats. Monitors the brand budget and is responsible for managing accruals and provisions. Responsible for contract management processes (speakers, vendors, and customers), vendor onboarding, and oversight of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including procurement activities, RFPs, and vendor creation. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or another relevant business discipline; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. A t least 1 year of experience in Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficient in computer applications and tools, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
