Role Description We're currently looking for a talented Brand Designer based in the Philippines, Vietnam or Indonesia, to join us on an initial project-based contract, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as our studio grows.
As a Brand Designer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing brand identities across a range of touchpoints, translating brand strategy into cohesive visual systems. This includes designing logos, typography, colour palettes, graphic elements, brand books and guidelines, as well as digital assets, websites, marketing collateral, and social media content.
You'll collaborate closely with our team from strategy and concept development through to final delivery, working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, present creative concepts, refine designs based on feedback, and deliver exceptional work. We're looking for someone with strong creative thinking, excellent execution, great attention to detail, and the ability to prepare organised, production-ready files while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Brand Designer.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience working in a branding agency or creative studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and creative thinking.
• Proven experience creating brand identities, brand books or brand guidelines, digital assets, social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and business needs.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with experience communicating directly with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Figma and AI tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding systems, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to work closely with a small studio team and directly with clients.
