Senior Graphic Designer (Branding Focus)

As a Senior Graphic Designer with a branding focus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients. You will lead creative projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring that every brand touchpoint is thoughtfully crafted and consistent. This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Key responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end branding and graphic design projects, from initial concept to final delivery. Develop and evolve brand identities and visual languages for diverse clients. Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, booklets, and literature. Collaborate directly with clients, presenting ideas and solutions in a professional manner. Manage multiple deliverables independently while maintaining high-quality output. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials. Maintain organized project files and documentation, Required Qualifications: 7+ years of professional graphic design and branding experience Proven ownership of end-to-end branding projects, from concept through final delivery Experience working independently as the primary owner of design deliverables Portfolio showcasing real client branding work in active use, shared via Google Drive with work in English only Strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, PowerPoint, and Canva Experience designing marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and booklets Experience leading live client calls and presentations English proficiency at C1 level or higher Experience working at a large US-based agency Availability to work US Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours Preferred Qualifications: Case studies included in portfolio Senior-level progression with a strong focus on creative branding • Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects. • Supportive and collaborative work environment. • Weekly payments. • Weekends off. • Overtime bonus. • Growth opportunities.
