Digital Content Operations & Publishing
Content lifecycle & deployment: Translate approved copy and creative assets into polished, responsive web pages within the CMS. Manage page configuration, publishing, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization in partnership with content and design owners.
Dynamic page optimization: Partner with content and design teams to translate business and audience needs into wireframes, functional requirements, and engaging web experiences optimized for technical SEO and user conversion.
Education/Training/Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Interactive Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in website management, digital experience, UX, or digital product management, with demonstrated ownership of a complex B2B or corporate website.
Experience overseeing external digital agency partners during website builds, redesigns, migrations, or implementation of approved brand updates.
Deep proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or enterprise equivalents.
Strong working knowledge of UX/UI standards, Figma or equivalent wireframing tools, responsive design, HTML/CSS fundamentals, WCAG accessibility, technical SEO, website quality assurance, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Google Search Console.
